Barbara was awesome! So sweet and made great recommendations. And, this was easily the fastest PB I've ever visited.
The place is very cozy with a nice fire place. Sometimes the food takes a little while. I recommend you to order from your phone before you come if you are in a rush.
They don't give me my bread after I ordered it, they don't give me a free treat for not giving me the bread I ordered like they said they would on the receipt, and they don't give me my chicken Alfredo pasta even though it was a little bit earlier than when it closed. The only reason it's not one star is because I liked the bread after I asked for it and showed them my receipt to get it.
I know it's Panera but that's the sort of stuff that makes me choose to come here after work vs. another spot on my way home.
I love the staff at this Panera. The (man with salt and pepper hair who seemed managerial) manager brought me my food and thanked me for coming in and shook my hand earnestly and told me to call if I need anything. What a nice guy.
I can't say anything bad about Panera! Especially the one in the trade zone. I always do rapid pick up orders, sometimes they'll make a glitch. But were human! All I had to do was call them & they asked if i could return & to enjoy the extra chicken noodle soup i got instead of a chicken & wild rice! I get there, they give my 2 bowls of wild rice, the one wasnt totally full they had just sold out, so in return they gave me 2 pastries! Thank you Adam, Thank you to the other gentlman whom helped me both times! Sorry, I regret not getting his name! & Mike! Mike helped me a previous time. You guys are great here. Love coming to this location. Love Panera!!!
